I've used Hosting Australia now for about 3+ years. Compared to other hosts I've been with they have been very prompt in their service. I've found them to be good genuine people that care for their customers and they take the time to provide thorough, well researched and informative responses to question/issues. Interestingly I've also noticed a significant decrease in the number of successful hack attempts on our websites since being with them, their security is noticeably better than other hosts I've been with. Additionally, I've noticed that I've had significant better uptime than other hosts, in fact issues on their platform is REALLY rare, which allows me to sleep easy at night. Great work Hosting Australia, I'll keep referring my colleagues to you!!
