We were using a simple system for employees to track their time. Our company is very remote and we don't have supervisors at each location. I had an employee request to go full time (from 20 hours to 30 hours per week) since he had "so much work to do". He began billing the company for 30 hour per week. After about 2 months of this, we decided to implement Buddy Punch. Needless to say, that employee has not worked more than 22 hours per week since we implemented Buddy Punch.
