We had a problem recently where routing from an international location to netshop ISP was unbearably slow - the problem was nothing to do with NetShop ISP it was an intermediate router half way across the world that decided to route via a different (slower) route. Rather than just give up and wipe their hands clean they suggested moving to a different IP address which solved the problem - excellent service and not just a drone that says 'sorry its not our fault' - highly recommend
