We have to laugh at all the 5 star reviews because they are all fake. The truth about MyTrueHost is that this hosting company cant be trusted as far as you can throw them. First off they love to play games and lie about their services. First off they are not 24/7 support. The second you get into the only way to contact them is via a chat window, 99% of the time you left on hold with no on responding. Open a ticket, be prepared to put up with their constant lies and incompetence. They will kill your domain immediately the day that the bills due and will take over a week to get it back and the entire time they give lies and excuses. They are a wanna be company that plays games and everything about MyTrueHost is fake. Just do a whois on mytruehost.com. you'll get some fake address in PA. Then place that address in Google Maps, you'll see its a run down ghetto in PA. They have to lie and decieve their customers because thats all they are a bunch of lying crooks.

Just signed up not even 30 minutes ago. Set up some email accounts, just pressed the send/receive button in outlook and already out site is timing out and has been offline for 2 hours. Looking some where else!

Do not trust this company no matter how far you throw them. Paperhost will steal computer parts from online sellers and purposely lie to their own credit card company just to get items for free. They will order items and then claim to have cancelled the order the second they buy it. Then they will stick their own foot in their mouths when they complete the dispute claim with their credit card company. Jackyln Parks and J. Coyle are nothing but a bunch of lying thieves. They will be seeing fraud charges filed against them.
