I am currently using Threads in a number of small businesses that I work with. Threads allows me to see all business communications with clients into an out of the company as well as phone calls giving me an intelligent snapshot of what has been going on with key clients without taking up the founders valuable time. I also work remotely so this means that I don't have to wait for someone else to forward me that important email or tell me about what happened on a phone call. I can just locate the correspondence or call easily and review at my leisure.
