We have had consistent issues with Zenefits communicating between payroll and benefits systems. There is a continual requirement to audit benefit selections, payroll deductions and personal information as it flows between systems. Our largest issue is related to support availability. The support group is located in PST and maintains hours as if all clients are located in that time zone. We find ourselves waiting to get the attention of anyone until 11:00 EST for most problems.
