Ladesk is a great tool. You can combine all the needs of a contactcenter ( emails, chats, KB ) and create so many rules. It is easy to use therefore, I as a manager did non need to contact any of the Support Team from Ladesk. The only minus is that sometimes it moves a bit slow. Just a bit :)
