Great user experience and interface. Provides a lot of essential HR software solutions. Overall product has significantly improved (and continues to iterate) along with Zenefits' support and engagement. Doesn't provide Org Charts. Customer Service hasn't until recently been helpful in resolving issues (this has dramatically improved). Reporting is limited.
