On the positive quick to respond. On the negative always takes minimum 5 emails to get to the bottom of the issue. First are usually fluff/bs. I have been with them for a decade with a reseller account. Never taken seriously. They'd move the DNS if server down forget to move all domains back. I'd have to tell them the server is down 1/2 the time and as stated earlier Bullshit response. I have been 2 weeks now getting all my domains moved somewhere else and on April 15 Happy Days are here again! GONE SEE YA! Also did I mention that my new host account is 1/2 the price
