These guys are fraud you raise the issue and they will never respond you back Its been more that 7 days but I have not recvd any reply from you guys. R u guys sleeping or don’t know the meaning of customer services. Firstly giving fake commitments and once you recv the payment you guys become deaf n dumb. I need the reply as the plan has not been changed. If by tomorrow I don’t recvd the reply and plan doesn’t gets changed will apply for charge back with all documents email stating wrong commitments and promised not fulfilled. worst voip service provider they always fool the customers by making false commitment. One of there agent dropped me n email that you can make the payment and ur plan will get upgraded. H e didnt mentioned any time frame and after 10 days when i made the payment they said it was valid only for 15 march as he sent the email on 15 march. Disgusting services provider
