I have a premium cPanel account with Birch Hosting for some months now. On opening the account Customer Support phoned me within hours to welcome me on board and to answer any questions I may have about using their service. It’s been a wonderful experience from the start. The speed and performance of hosting has been excellent and consistent at all times of the day. Any time I have raised a support ticket I have had a response within hours. Their level of support has been amazing! I find their client area & cPanel easy to navigate & use. I have no hesitation in recommending Birch Hosting.
