AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Abysmal company that is best suited to masochists! If you like deceptive practices, untruthful staff and absolutely no responsive or ethical Customer Service just to mention some immediate issues, this just might be for you. Our experiences?- The direct online Customer Support chat line address is blatantly false. It directs all communication to a dead site. The Customer Support phone number provided always rings out- not even a recorded message is available. Customer Support operates as an adversarial game. Staff will lie to you about what has been done and you will never get a refund even when a service is not being provided. From what we experienced, they do not seem to have any concerns about their reputation or operating ethically despite their advertised "caring" company publicity. Crazy Domains is very well named. Only cheap in terms of setting up costs. In every other way you will pay. You have been warned. I have given one star because it is not possible to give less. They richly deserve their appallingly low rating rating.
