We're using ExamSoft to deliver secure, high-stakes examinations and more frequent, low-stakes quizzes to students on our higher education campus. The testing platform allows us to test large groups of students at one time. More importantly, the data we're collecting about student performance is informing efforts toward quality improvement and providing students with better feedback about their progress in a course or program. The support and direction we receive from ExamSoft is outstanding. They listen to our needs and act on them. When progress is slower than we want it to be, they are transparent about challenges and share plans for enhancing the user experience. ExamSoft does a great job of showcasing the way their clients are using the software in a variety of educational settings so that we can learn from one another.
