I+have+had+worse+experience.+From+hardware+failing+(both+drives+of+a+mirror+RAID+array+failed,+resulting+in+total+loss),+from+failed+promises+to+sales+rep+placing+orders+without+approval,+to+billing+snafu's.+To+top+it+all+off,+every+response+is+to+blame+the+customer+and+placing+the+burden+of+proof+on+the+customer,+even+after+sending+their+own+emails+back+to+them+as+proof+of+their+unkept+promises.+Wish+I+had+not+used+them.+They+have+been+a+constant+source+of+trouble.+
