My site is generally up. I am able to publish content when I want. I have only contacted customer service a couple of times at the start and they were very helpful. NaxHost.com is very user friendly and you don't have to be a technical expert to know how to benefit from the features as everything is explained well and if there is any doubt about any feature or service by contacting the support team we will always get the answer.
