Merlin have looked after our telephony for around 8 years and I’m happy to say it’s one of the few areas of the business in which I do not need to be involved. I trust them implicitly. They offer a personalised and friendly service, flexibility and creative solutions. On the rare occasion there has been a problem, they tell me about this before I’ve noticed. Whatever the issue or whatever I need, Merlin arrange this there and then, and always cost effectively.
