What do you like best? Simple, efficient and short implementation required, on-site with client involved every step of the way. This also served as "training" and knowledge transfer on how the system operates and how it should be maintained. We find their helpdesk to be one of their biggest strengths, with efficient client specific assistance almost immediate. The possibility of multiple, different, structures, both for reporting and budget presentation is something to first grasp, but it is very powerful. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike, some newly added functionality that does not form part of the standard package could be a costly add-on. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Single platform for budget capture, submission and review, with instant consolidation of business units. Multiple structures available for different reporting structures and views.
