bought one of there servers even though it was on of the most expensive ones out there because i thought i would of had a better experience, i had to wait atleast 24-48 hours per ticket and even when i got a reply they did not know what they were doing... they had an issue when the servers went down for 2 days and nothing was told or putout there in a proper manner i had to go digging and find out myself... my ark servers have randomly been reset and i still have had no answer definitely one of the WORST experiences i have had and recommend everyone to stay as far away as you can from this company :)
