I was required to do a lot of due diligence finding the next hosting provider for our business critical sites. I looked at all the 'big' names but their reviews were mostly horrid. I decided to use Trustpilot for their social proof and Catalyst2 scored very high on service, which is really the most important thing. They have lived up to that and all looks good.
