We've hosted our sites with Cloudabove for a couple of years now and had nothing but excellent, prompt, helpful service. As an example, yesterday one of our sites was hacked and was spewing out emails. Cloudabove stopped the problem virtually immediately. That's fine as it helped them, but what was mightily impressive was they advised us of the attack immediately and how to resolve it. I can't remember a similar proactive service from any company let alone a hosting company. Thanks to their prompt customer focussed attention we were back up and running within the hour with the loophole closed (thanks as well to our excellent web developer, CPTcreative - Colin Treanor). Having used other larger hosting companies, which don't give a crap unless you're a BIG player, I cannot recommend Cloudabove highly enough.
