Pros: It was easy to use. The built-in analytics are super useful for analyzing traffic. Customizability is fantastic. Using as a full-page site is a huge plus. Cons: Not straightforward to set up google tag manager, facebook pixel, google analytics. While guides are provided, there are no examples. Other: Overall would highly recommend to anyone in need of a chatbot quickly for their website.
