This is a nice versatile system. Enabling you to store all of your staff HR data in one place. You are able to upload documents and choose whether to keep them internal only by hiding them from the staff App. The holiday system if you have workers on variable hours could do with some extra work as it only shows holiday in hours, which for us we prefer in days, but that is just personal preference. We use wheniwork as a rota software, and if the rota software could match that for Bright HR with a built in Holiday Calculator to be autonomous I would rate this application as 5 star. It is very good that said, and the only star taken off is purely for how our business works, however I feel that there are alot of other business that this would help.
