Pros: I like the fact that managing my documents and various database across all platforms can be easily synced on one platform. No need to worry about SQL, crazy Excel sheets etc. Setting up was fast and easy. More remarkably, interns in my office got a hang of it in a short time Cons: To be honest, there is nothing I found to be bad about this software. When I find, I'll be happy to share with the team at Eclipse
