Simplicity is very easy to use. There are some enhancements that we require but at this time we cannot afford to make the requests. We have reported a couple of bugs and they have been completed in a timely manner. The help support desk is also very quick to respond when sending in questions or needing help with accomplishing certain tasks Easy to use help desk is very responsive when sending questions
