Apprehensive at first - no need - excellent support! I was apprehensive about using a hosted service, having always had 'complete control' with dedicated servers. However, my concerns were unfounded - Catalyst's support is second-to-none, and I've got up-and-running very quickly with my first test website, no technical issues encountered. Delighted and would happily recommend Catalyst's virtual hosting services to anyone.
