Well you pay for what you get, cheap service for a low quality server. Support was fast during setup and asking very basic information like how long till the server gets activated, until i had an actual issue with the server. The ping was sitting anywhere from 90-150 for people in Australia ( should be 20-30 ping ), and me being only about 5 hours away from the actual place the server is hosted was getting constant 90-110 ping. Upon asking about getting this resolved i was replied to the next day with "we're doing maintenance to fix the issue" 7 days later and constant daily messages asking if it will be resolved i was still getting ignored. I really do not recommend you getting a server with these guys, poor quality local hosted servers.
