Earning was a breeze to use at the first but the constant decreases in the max without notifying you is insane. One representative told me that your max decreases if your bank is overdrawn which I have never been overdrawn. Another rep. said if you don’t tip that’ll decrease your max. Another rep said if your payday fluctuates that’ll decrease your max. The customer service representatives give false information. They urge you to tip but if you don’t tip they decrease your max without your knowledge.
