"JazzHR makes managing candidates and open positions super easy!" What do you like best? I find Jazz is super intuitive and user-friendly. When I demo Jazz with our clients, it is easy for them to ramp up and get started using the tool very quickly. I find that the user interface is quite modern compared to other ATS systems I have used. I also like that any emails coming from Jazz go directly to my inbox and I can reply from there. In addition to this, you can also see the email history with the candidate. One of the greatest advantages Jazz has is that they have an amazing Customer Success team. You can reach out to them with any questions you have and they will respond promptly with detailed answers. They are quick to respond and if they don't know the answer, they will get back to you with a detailed answer or video instructions. Jazz is awesome!
