"Great ATS to keep organized with custom workflows and hiring managers!" What do you like best? I really value how user-friendly this tool is to use. When we have hiring managers get into the tool for the first time it is super easy to use and keeps everyone organized for hiring initiatives. Also love how cost-effective it is :) This tool makes it fun to use! What do you dislike? Nothing specific jumps out that I dislike about this tool. Since it is web-based it's accessible anywhere. I'd love a mobile option one day but for now the online version is great :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining and customizing workflows for various departments, hiring manager needs are problems we solve. Hiring the right talent in a consistent way to ensure every candidate is treated equally is something else we are solving.
