It truly disappoints me to write such a Negative review. I've used this app for many many months and I've never had a problem and when I did all I needed to do was send a screenshot of my deposit and things balance to the company. But, when I need them the most during this pandemic they cannot be honest with me. I have spoken to several almost five different associate to a fed me the same line I do not appreciate this and it makes me sad that when I needed you the most you weren't there. I will be informing my friends and family that this is a horrible company when you really need them but apparently really good when they need you watch out nothing is free free remember that.
