The last support ticket that I created was answered very completely, and it was very, very helpful. I have problem with SSL and created ticket to their support team. As a result from my ticket, they were able to point me in the correct direction with: - fixing the way SSL was setup - letting me know about 'mixed url content', that was preventing a full secure site (because of a social link image that was not pointed to the 'https', but instead pointed to http://site.com/images, this is a Very important point that I missed.
