Using Nectar has been awesome for thanking people in a meaningful way when they help you or when they do good work. It is easy to use and basically feels like doing a social media post but you attach points to it and can send shout outs to co-workers. It is intuitive and fun to use and it's fun to see what everyone else is giving shout outs for even if the shout out isn't for you.
