We have some downtimes in our workflow due to wrong time allocation in team. We started using TMetric and now can create reports and realise how much time we need for a particular task or for project in general. Moreover, we integrated our task management system (we use JIRA) with TMetric time tracker as it has such solution and btw, lots of other integrations. Now it is easy to track time spent working on issues. It requires just clicking on the button to start track time in JIRA.
