Signed up with Meet Hugo after sales call and review of their site. Once I signed up they said it would be beneficial to have a training call that would walk me through the platform to get the best ROI possible. Scheduled 3 calls and they did not show up for any of them. I cancelled my service becasue the leads were not leads but intel scrapped from social platforms that were not relevant and the individuals I did contact were not in the market for services. I was told my account was cancelled but they charged my card anyway. It has been a month of back and forth and they are "still trying to sort it out". Poor service. Poor customer service. Stay away.
