I can say that it has amazing support (very fast, no more than 3 minutes wait time). You can contact them about anything. It doesn't have to be a problem. Anytime I have a chat or dialog with them (now or during pre-sales chat) I feel like a person they respect. And that that is very important for me to feel that I as important for them as they are for me. Servers are reliable. Overall 2Cloud is just a great web host.
