Do not use this company! they must have gone bust as no one is replying to tickets, emails or contacts. This kind of thing is operated as a franchise system. UKSECUREWEB are a franchisee, they will be using a hosting company in the background "the franchise" in my case it was a company called ENOM. I can contact them directly to move my domain onto a new provider as this is their responsibility.. the money I pay to UKSECUREWEB is ultimately given to ENOM after they take their cut. If you want to check who your main hosting provider is.. please go here https://www.nominet.uk/whois/ and put in your full domain name. Good Luck!
