My issue was resolved with Crazy Domains,however it wasn't resolved with my reseller that was the problem. Whilst this is strictly speaking not Crazy Domains problem, a problem was created as I needed a transcript of my chat, so I could prove to the reseller he was at fault. I was told to send the request through to Crazy Domains privacy address, as instructed by your contact on my chat. It bounced back at me. So I wasn't impressed that is was not as easy to obtain as instructed.
