I am a very opinionated person, and I can certainly say that I have some expectations when it comes to customer service... I may have felt some hickups over the last 3 years, but that's all me. These guys are worth every penny... and honestly, for the price, its not very many pennies (Great prices!). Customer service can take up to 4 hours with a normal support ticket, but if you need them, they're quick with their high priorities (as long as everyone follows the rules ;) ) These guys saved me big today, and that's why I am writing this review, because they are worth it. I accidently deleted a file on my server, and they were able to recover it with a backup on their end, created just under 5 days ago.. How brilliant! Stop looking, just go with them. What are you waiting for?
