"This product and its support is like a breathe of fresh air." What do you like best? Having all our day to day tools in one place under one pane of glass greatly improves our efficiency. The Syncro community is given the opportunity to request changes/improvements in the Syncro product on a regular basis, I have personally seen 5 great improvements implemented with this QOL (Quality Of Life) community program since we started using Syncro. They really do listen to their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? The reporting has had some updates and is improving but still has some ground to make up.
