The team at VirtualPBX have been phenomenally helpful. I must mention this as we are a customer of virtual PBX for more than fifteen years. The team at VirtualPBX are wonderful people-people, not just some help desk. It is hard to find such a committed team these days, specially in this highly competitive, cost-conscious PBX market. I would strongly recommend virtual PBX to ANY startup - their services are much much cheaper and come with high level of service commitment, as part of your in-house team.
