I have an unlimited hosting account with this company and whilst i find the hosting and features pretty reliable the tech support is poor. In the times i have used them for support, its usually one word answers leaving you guessing what your supposed to do. Sometimes i have had to get back to them to confirm a technical point and they can be snide and condescending, On one occasion my websites went offline it was clear it was a issue with their hosting as a number of my web design clients rang me to say that email and websites were down. i could browse the net but none of the domains i had hosted with fidonet were view-able. yet support denied that there were any issues with the hosting and suggested it was my broadband which it clearly wasn't. Fidonet are ok, but you could do better.
