MY TIMELINE 01/15 Made purchase of the yearly package and Michael extended my promo with a free extra year. So things started well!!!!!! 01/17 Received into my mailbox a very very thorough website analysis report on my business and website showing me everything they were going to do to market it and get my traffic up. 01/19 I was admitted to hospital and had to put my campaign on hold whilst I had a minor operation. Emailed my rep and let her know. She put my account on hold and followed-up with me 3 times over the next 2 weeks just to check on me and if everything was ok. That kindness was enough to build the trust!!! Really really nice just to receive that email askingon my health. I was a little bit taken aback by just how touching this was.
