I am being kind giving 4 stars, as on a normal basis the service is usually good. However, I have never received any correct written response to my customer complaint letter sent to Davon Daniels who is the head of the noc at Performive, and nothing from Jason Brozena head of business development. We recently moved servers in February and had a terrible experience with getting any kind of technical support over the weekend of our move to our new server, thus resulting in quite a lot of lost business on a lot of our sites. I did receive a standard response from Davon Daniels, simply informing me that they would conduct there own internal review and he has never got back to me. It shows complete lack of integrity to not answer serious customer complaints regarding poor management of technical and business development support. We receive virtually ZERO help the weekend we moved servers with Performive and the move was done at their recommendation, and we were basically left in the cold, with the worst slow to zero support, at one of the most crucial times when moving servers with your hosting company. They are either getting too big and poorly managed, or simply don't care! I'm not sure which. That being said; Performative have some very good technical staff who are helpful and on normal queries Performative service is good (during the week), however, they also have some serious lack of technical support on weekends, which is worse than poor. Don't bother calling Phone support on weekends, they are useless, unhelpful and hang up on you. Davon Daniels (head of technical support) has some serious management issues that he is neglecting to rectify or manage correctly with their technical support. We were with "NationalNet" for many many years until they merged and became "Performive" and I am hoping that Performive get their act together, as they are not as good as NationalNet was. I am giving 4 stars, because we like and appreciate some of the hard working staff who moved from NationalNet to Performive, otherwise the score would have been less. We are still trying to decide if we will stay with Performive, the service has gotten better since our move but the jury is out if we would recommend them. They need to UP their game!
