Very user-friendly dashboard interface. 2. Marketing automation feature brings the best CVR compare to all our channels. 3. MoEngage available to send campaigns on multiple platforms/device all in one go. 4. Reporting dashboard structure is very well designed, easy to understand for first time users. 5. Custom subscription packages really help to find the best plan for brand to use based on needs. 6. Best support from their Customer Success Manager that guide us to activate and optimize the platform for better performances.
