I'm a web developer and currently have over 90 clients hosting with hivalidity, all on shared hosting in the different tiers of service depending upon the client's hosting needs. I've found the servers to be fast, solid and reliable with no issues. The tech reps working the phones are extremely knowledgeable. However, the chat support is also terrific and I can solve most every issue with a quick chat. I have clients spread out over a dozen web host providers, and see a wide variety of cpanel and propriety server interfaces. For me, hivalidity is by far the preferred go-to web host.
