What I like best about Qorus is the fact that you can have uniform approved content at your fingertips, with a variety of Office add-ins where you consume content most often. Being able to create/join multiple content hubs are also extremely helpful. Overall a really fantastic product. Recently received support from the Qorus team where I had an issue regarding seeing content assets from multiple campaigns - within a few hours we had a screen-sharing session with their team and got everything resolved. Major win to have outstanding customer service. I recently had a minor issue with authenticating my account in order to view content assets. The button action in question wasn't obvious, however the team had a great speedy response in order to assist. Other than this, I haven't experienced any "down-sides" to using Qorus. Having approved, streamlined content at my fingertips - it's accessible via the Qorus portal, or I can surface the relevant content through my Qorus Office Add-ins.
