It is not that you never have issues with software however what does matter is how they are handled. 99.5% of the time there are no issues that take place. What impresses me the most is that when they do happen how quickly they get resolved and the amount of care and compassion that is expressed. Also there are always great additions being made to the software with no additional cost. The shopping cart and back office has gone through several modifications that made it even easier for our executives.
