"Excellent Platform" What do you like best? Our customer support manager has been available when we needed support. Very responsive when changes were needed or when we needed assistance. When we suggested tweaks to improve minor niggles it was met with appreciation and some are now under review for future updates. They listen to what the customer is saying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? Needs a few tweak,s but it's nothing that takes away from the product. Most of the tweaks are in the planning stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a comprehensive platform and once you get used to it easy to navigate and add data to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
