What do you like best? Being in custom manufacturing, I really enjoy the ease of WIP, labor and cost tracking in Genius. We have been using it for a few years now and cannot imagine going back to other softwares. The ability to accurately track labor, material and time is paramount for us to quote future projects. Genius make this process very easy, we can look at predecessors and use that for quoting future projects. What do you dislike? Like all softwares we have used I wish there were buttons I could move, and screens I could consolidate. Recommendations: They have a very through implementation process, and will help you get the most out of the software. They are also very quick to respond to support requests, and seem very interested in improving future versions to make the software better for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been targeting our lead times, and maintaining original quote dates.
