What do you like about Smith.ai Chat? It's easy to use and set up. The customer service is very responsive (always get answer within 1 bus. day). Clients love interacting with the professional staff at Smith.AI. What do you dislike about Smith.ai Chat? Nothing really to dislike. It's a responsive company with great features for the price. What have you been using it for and what problems did Smith.ai Chat solve? We've been using Smith.AI for about 8 months. We changed from another answering service right around the time Covid-19 shutdowns begin and I wish we had changed even earlier. They answer 24/7 (added hours during Covid) and are always available for clients to call.
